Returns Policy

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us first to request a returns number before sending any goods back.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide free return labels.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Goods that are incomplete, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

Defective or faulty items are still covered under your statutory rights. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us to arrange a return for inspection.

Important note to our customers: The UK Sale of Goods Act makes clear that the customer has a duty of care to return goods to the supplier in a complete condition, and that the consumer must make a good effort to ensure that the goods are safely packed for return. Items that are not well packed may suffer transit damage and will not be warranted.
