Shipping policy
We aim to deliver standard orders within 5 working days on the UK mainland. In addition to this, we also offer other services, including 24-hour delivery options. Please note orders placed after 12 noon will be processed for dispatch the next business day.
Our internet dispatch operates Monday to Friday and is closed on major and bank holidays.
If you order an item in the evening or on a non-working day, please bear in mind that we will not pick that up for packing and dispatch until the next working day.
Please make sure your address is carefully entered into our website. Our courier system takes input directly from your text, so errors can result in failed deliveries or delays.
ID Checking – In some cases we may require customer identification for orders to assist us in the fight against online fraud. If we do require additional information, we will send you an email — please check your junk or spam folder. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested information, we will refund your order in full.
We can ship many of our items to the EU from the UK. It will be up to the client to cover any customs charges or local fees. Please bear this in mind when placing orders.
International Orders will not be dispatched until we have a valid telephone number. Domestic orders can be sent without the provision of a telephone number, but we strongly advise clients to include it, since it makes the process easier if delivery problems occur.
Where the client has paid extra for an upgraded delivery service which subsequently fails to deliver on time through no fault of the client, the client will be eligible for a refund on that upgrade. If the client was not home during the attempted delivery, then no refund will be issued. This upgrade refund is the maximum liability to which we will be held for courier negligence.
